What You'll Be Doing: As a Microsoft Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of the brand through retail store visits, virtual events, or engaging retailer-facing content. Take charge of a designated call file, including prestigious retail stores like John Lewis and Curry's. Lead both physical and virtual visits, building strong relationships with store staff, training them on the latest innovations, and providing valuable insights to drive product sales. Creativity is key, so bring your innovative approach to keep engagements interesting and deliver on key projects.

On weekends, step into the role of a Microsoft Product Specialist, engaging and captivating customers by showcasing cutting-edge products in-store, contributing to increased product awareness and in-store sales.

Who Are We Looking For: We seek an outgoing and engaging individual with a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Evidence of a keen interest or some experience within the technology industry.
• Experience working in a retail environment or excelling at KPIs.
• Previous experience supporting or representing a brand of any size.
• Ideally, experience in training or coaching others.
• Social media savvy - experience managing a page or community would be fantastic but not essential.
