Data Executive
Location: UK-based role (Homebased)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time position
Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on skills and experience)
About The Role
This role is within our Sales Enablement team, reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager. You'll run the operational engine room behind our client reporting: capturing data from our field teams, keeping outlet and product files clean and current, producing reports, and making sure the processes behind them run the same way every time across multiple clients.
Accuracy is the job. Our reporting goes in front of leading brands, so a wrong mapping or an out-of-date store list creates real commercial risk. If you take pride in getting things right first time, like working to clear processes and are the person who spots the number that doesn't add up, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Own data capture and data accuracy processes across an agreed set of clients
- Maintain call files (the store lists and visit schedules our field teams work from), handling adds, removes and changes across our systems
- Set up and maintain our data capture apps, including managing survey questions and supporting field users to capture clean data
- Maintain product files across CRM, retail data and image recognition tools
- Look after the admin that keeps our field teams equipped, including point-of-sale and field storage management
- Produce and distribute agreed reports on time and to standard
- Gather and document reporting requirements, versions and changes so every report is repeatable
- Follow agreed SLAs, templates and controls, logging issues, fixing what you can and escalating early when you can't
- Spot improvements that cut rework, from better templates and clearer inputs to automation opportunities
- Work closely with our Client Reporting & Insight Executives, who set the what and why for client outputs
What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable manipulating datasets, plus good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- A methodical, right-first-time approach and the discipline to follow a standard process consistently
- A clear communicator who turns requirements into structured tasks and raises issues early, with options rather than just problems
- Calm under deadline pressure
- Familiarity with field sales data, call file management or EPOS datasets is desirable
- Experience managing recurring deadlines and multiple priorities
What's In It For You?
- Bonus – Up to 10%; paid quarterly
- 23 days holiday per annum & bank holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 extra days
- Family-friendly policies, including enhanced maternity, paternity, and smart working options
- Flexible working to support work/life balance
- Access to mental health and wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme
- Annual pay reviews, early pay access, life assurance, enhanced sick pay, health cash plan, discounted private health care & more
- Fantastic progression opportunities across the Avidity Group, including a clear path towards a Client Reporting & Insight Executive role
