Join McCurrach and represent one of the world's leading premium appliance brands.
McCurrach is looking for a Retail Trainer to join our Electrolux team, representing AEG across Scotland and North East England. This exciting field-based role combines training, sales support, relationship building and brand advocacy, helping retail partners confidently recommend AEG's premium cooking, cooling and laundry solutions.
As the face of AEG within your territory, you'll work closely with retail colleagues, kitchen designers and store managers, delivering engaging product training and helping customers discover the benefits of AEG's innovative technologies. Through your expertise and influence, you'll help increase product advocacy, recommendation rates and premium product sales across the region.
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll deliver engaging one-to-one and group training sessions that build confidence in AEG's cooking, cooling and laundry products. Working with retail teams and kitchen designers, you'll help translate product features into clear customer benefits and support premium product conversations that encourage customers to trade up to higher-value solutions. Alongside delivering training, you'll develop strong relationships with retail colleagues, store managers and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner within your accounts. You'll also gather valuable retailer, shopper and competitor insights, identify opportunities within stores and ensure AEG products are presented to a high standard.
We're interested in people who enjoy building relationships, developing others and delivering great customer experiences.
You may have experience in training, coaching, retail, field sales, product demonstrations or account management. Experience within domestic appliances, electrical retail, kitchen retail, FMCG or premium consumer brands would be beneficial, but just as important is the ability to communicate effectively, build credibility and positively influence others.
To be successful in this role, you'll be organised, commercially aware, self-motivated and comfortable working independently across a large territory. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays, are essential.
Working with McCurrach means becoming part of a business that invests in its people and offers genuine opportunities for development.
In return, you'll receive:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join McCurrach, take ownership of a high-profile territory and play a key role in growing the visibility, advocacy and success of AEG across Scotland and North East England.
If you're passionate about training, relationship building and helping people feel confident recommending premium products, we'd love to hear from you.
