Head of Sales Enablement
Location:UK-based role
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary:£55k - £70k Per Annum
About The Role
As the Head of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for building and leading Enablement within our insight and reporting function function. You will be ensuring insight & reporting, consistent data capture, capability, and ways of working that deliver operational efficiency and high quality, actionable insights that are produced at pace.
You will be tasked with shaping how we use data and insights to drive performance across the business. The scope includes people leadership, functional capability, and the strategic alignment of enablement activity to business objectives - balancing routine operational decisions with complex strategic choices that impact performance, priorities, and business direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a wide ranging team across the Insights & reporting function
- Ensure generated insights are clearly defined and offer actionable commercial recommendations
- Work alongside senior internal stakeholders to ensure they are properly equipped with impactful reporting and insights to help them deliver optimum value to clients
- Ensuring data capture is consistent and staying on top of cross-client trends and insights
- Drive best practice in data governance by ensuring consistent and accurate data capture
- Push for continuous improvement through the adoption of modern technologies e.g. AI, automation
- Define and embed standardised processes and ways of working across the team to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability
- Define and deliver the capability agenda for the Sales Enablement function
- Ensure the long term capability of the team through tailored coaching, mentoring and development planning
- Ensure there is a culture of high performance, collaboration and ongoing improvement
- Work to continuously improve and refine team practices
- Regular communication with senior internal stakeholders to ensure team activity maintains alignment with client goals and commercial objectives
- Be accountable for standardisation and governance of ways of working across the group
What We’re Looking For
- Strong people management experience in reporting, insight or analytics within a commercial or operational environment
- Advanced insight storytelling - ability to turn numbers into a clear narrative and recommendation
- Strong understanding of data, reporting, dashboards and performance management frameworks
- Knowledge of Power BI to be able to diagnose issues & communicate effectively
- Experience of using AI to add value to insights
- Proven experience of driving standardisation, process improvement and change at scale
