
National Field Manager
Area Covers: Nationwide
Full time, Fixed term contract until 31st December 2026 potential to lead to a permanent opportunity.
Salary upto £44,000 per annum (pro-rata) + Company Car Allowance
Are you a passionate field sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial success?
We are looking for an experienced and motivated National Field Manager to lead and support our field teams across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering direct-to-consumer activations for both existing clients and new business partnerships.
The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capability with operational excellence, ensuring teams are engaged, performance-driven, and consistently delivering outstanding results in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support national field teams to achieve performance targets
- Drive excellence in direct-to-consumer activations across multiple client campaigns
- Ensure consistent execution and brand representation in the field
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and customer engagement metrics
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver successful campaign outcomes
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and commercial growth
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client service
- Support new business launches and activation rollouts nationwide
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and reporting requirements
About You:
- Proven experience managing field sales or activation teams at a national or regional level
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience within direct sales, field marketing, FMCG, telecommunications, utilities, or consumer activations preferred
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on results and performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Comfortable travelling nationally as required
- Passionate about coaching teams and creating a high-performance culture
