As a Regional Development Executive within the National Leisure Group Accounts Team (Out-of-Home), you will take full ownership of a Channel, covering some of the UK’s largest leisure group customers, including leisure centres, Fusion Sports Centres, National Trust sites, and heritage attractions.
You will create and deliver the Channel strategy, hold full P&L accountability, and drive sustainable short- and long-term growth through strong Joint Business Plans, financial rigour, and outstanding cross-functional collaboration.

Own and deliver the Channel strategy with full P&L responsibility
Build and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs), reviewing performance quarterly
Set clear objectives to deliver financial and strategic targets
Analyse customer and outlet data to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with Brand and Trade Marketing teams to unlock new opportunities
Support and guide the field team to ensure best-in-class execution
Manage accruals, forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts
Identify and win new business within your Channel
Ensure all agreements and documentation are completed and stored correctly
Conduct site audits to maintain brand standards
Strong commercial mindset with experience managing a P&L
Confident using data and insights to drive decisions
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communicator who can influence at all levels
Financially competent, with experience in forecasting and reporting
Comfortable using MS Office and sales/reporting systems
