Field Manager – Nespresso

 

Salary: £30,600 per annum plus performance bonus!

 

Type: Permanent

 

Working Days: Thursday to Monday (40 hours per week)

 

Location: Field-based, covering North West, North East, Scotland and Dublin

Role Overview:

As a Field Manager, you'll lead a team of Coffee Advisors representing Nespresso in retail stores like John Lewis and Currys. Your role involves:

Spending at least 3 days per week in the field, with other days dedicated to home-based work, training, or collaborating with other managers

Visiting and meeting each Coffee Advisor every 4 weeks to provide support and coaching

Creating awareness of key campaign focus areas

Building and maintaining retailer relationships to deliver insights and expertise

 

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in team leadership or line management

Competent in training and coaching, both one-on-one and in group settings

Ready to manage the employment journey from onboarding and training to performance management

Possesses a valid driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans

Willing to travel regularly and stay overnight occasionally
