Business Development Manager – OPI (advanced/fluent Vietnamese language skills required)
Territory: Central London & surrounding areas
Contract: Full-time, 6-months fixed-term contract with the potential to lead to longer term opportunities
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (pro rata) plus a performance related bonus and a London travel pass.

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth across your territory by building meaningful relationships with existing and prospective clients. This includes an average of 6–8 client interactions per day, ensuring tailored solutions that maximise success with OPI’s professional nail and beauty products.
We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in field sales or business development, strong negotiating skills, and a passion for closing deals. Your ability to communicate persuasively and build lasting relationships will be key to your success in this role.
The role will also involve regular liaison with Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders as part of OPI’s existing customer and partner network. For this reason, advanced/fluent Vietnamese language skills are required to effectively perform the duties of the role.
You’ll receive comprehensive training on OPI products, with opportunities to deepen your expertise in professional nail care and beauty services. This hands-on approach will equip you with the knowledge and skills to confidently drive growth and educate clients.
