What you’ll be doing
As a Retail Group Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Danone Customer Account Team to achieve growth objectives and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
You will:
- Represent Danone with designated retail groups, acting as a trusted point of contact between customers and the Danone Account Management Team
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with Group Owners, Trading Managers, and Operations Managers
- Deliver sustainable, profitable growth in line with Danone’s strategic and financial goals
- Analyse performance and market data to identify opportunities and develop inclusive, actionable business plans
- Negotiate and manage tailored commercial agreements that drive mutual success across Danone’s portfolio
- Support and champion effective in-store execution through collaboration with the Field Sales Team
- Use data insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and ensure consistent delivery against targets
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality, consistent execution across all customer sites

You’ll bring:
- Experience in account management, business development, or customer relationship roles (FMCG experience is an advantage)

Team support & collaboration
- Support the SuperValu Customer Account Team and wider Danone network when required
- Share insights, ideas, and best practices to help others grow and succeed
- Work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities, including occasional activity outside standard hours when needed
