Due to continued growth, we are on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join the Standout team. If you are looking for the next move which will develop you further, giving you experience in a multi-category & channel environment whilst unlocking your entrepreneurial qualities in a target orientated yet fun place to work then this role is for you!
As Account Manager you will have the opportunity to represent multiple exciting, high-profile brands who want us to help them sell more. You will be responsible for multiple clients, independently managing the senior stakeholder relationships and field based team whilst being accountable for the full operational delivery. So experience within a similar role, ideally within a fast paced agency setting, is essential.
Avidity is the Parent Company of a group of agencies who offer a range of specialist sales and marketing services to help brands sell more. Our clients are some of the biggest brand names in a variety of sectors including FMCG Retail, Technology, Professional Beauty, and On-Trade.
As an Account Manager you will be able to work autonomously, translating your clients strategic, brand and commercial objectives into structured, clear & stretching set of guidelines for our field teams.. You will also play a big part in unlocking additional revenue through nurturing and growing client opportunities. A large part of your role will also involve working with data, so having strong analytical and reporting skills whilst being able to translate into a compelling story is essential. Through your fantastic engagement and relationship skills, you will be able to adapt your style, constructively challenging where required to ensure successful delivery, whilst bringing the client and the team with you.

Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. You will be field based at times which may involve regular travel, so you must be comfortable driving distance if required. Overnights be required on occasion.
