Territory Manager – P&G 

 

Area covers: London, Reading, Watford, Stratford, and Chelmsford

 

Part time (50 hours per month), fixed term contract immediate start until end of December 2025 with a chance of leading to permanent opportunities

 

Salary: Pro rata £11,250 p.a. (full-time equivalent £39,000 p.a.) plus mileage/travel.

 

Are you passionate about beauty products that make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity to join Standout as a Territory Manager representing a brand in First Aid Beauty whose goal is to help their customers look and feel confident in their own skin using carefully formulated products.

 

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their career within Skincare, Retail Education and Field Sales whilst maintaining their flexibility with a work life balance as the role is 50 hours per month working 2 x days per week, every Saturday and one day per week between Tuesday – Thursday.

 

What will you be doing?

As a territory manager you will be the face of the brand through visits to some of the UK’S biggest beauty retailers. You will take ownership of the flagship stores within Boots, Selfridges, and Sephora, you will lead physical visits, build strong relationships with store staff and book training for the First Aid Beauty products and new launches. Additionally, you will be focused on sales performance of each store and maintaining brand merchandising guidelines.

 

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a motivated and engaging individual who thrives on building strong relationships, upskilling staff and can work independently. The ideal person will have some of the following qualities:

  • Evidence of a keen interest or some experience within the beauty industry.
  • Experience of working in a retail environment or excelling at KPIs.
  • Previous experience supporting or representing a brand of any size.
  • Ideally have experience in training others, although not essential if a strong retail experience is demonstrated.
  • Experience in building relationships with management/a client facing environment.
  • Experience in data capture through reporting apps.

Please note this role requires a driving licence and access to your own vehicle with no more than 6 points or previous bans.  This is a field-based role which will involve regular travel, sometimes driving distance.  Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
