Zing Tactical Manager
Salary: £28,000 per annum + performance bonus
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week)
Location: Field-based, ideally based in North England
Are you a natural leader with a passion for performance and people? Join Zing as a Tactical Manager and play a key role in delivering and overseeing exciting field marketing campaigns across the North of England.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all campaign activities are fully staffed, completed, and reported on time
- Use tools like MyWorks and Team Haven to monitor campaign progress and drive improvements
- Support and manage our Activators through chat, inboxes, and on-the-ground visits
- Identify staffing needs and work with recruitment to fill coverage gaps
- Analyse data and trends to boost engagement and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent Zing professionally with clients and retailers

Travel & Flexibility:
This is a field-based role with some travel, occasional overnight stays, and flexibility between 8:00am–6:00pm. Occasional overnight stays may be required (typically 1–2 nights per week, depending on activities). Weekend or out-of-hours work may also be necessary on a rotational basis or to support key campaigns
