
Customer Insights Manager
Location: Remote based role, ideally South West London as regular travel to Kingston office (around 2 days per week)
Full Time, Permanent

Our Thumbprint team are on the lookout for a Customer Insight Manager to join their team. Thumbprint's products help to deliver what's most important for brands to sell more – they identify the opportunities to act on today and influence the strategy that’ll unlock your growth potential in grocery multiple and symbol & independent convenience retail stores.
Our two main products are Dart and Pinpoint.
The main objectives of this role include but not limited to:
- Being responsible for creating actionable insights for key client and customers sales and supply teams . Focussing on leveraging EPOS and execution analytics to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Accountable for engagement and training for sales and supply chain teams on how to get the most value from the analytics, fostering strong working relationships across cross functioning teams
- Develop strong internal networks that support client and customer value propositions, being the champion of both the analytics and the value of the insights being delivered
- Forging a strong external presence and gravitas, being respected and a trusted source to your client and their customers
- Play an integral role within internal Client Leadership team, from the development and executions to the governance of am Annual Account Plan
In this role, you must be capable of, and able to demonstrate experience of: Relationship Management, Client Management, Communication, Insight generation and delivery and Education

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Worked in the FMCG sector before, ideally with an FMCG brand, with a working knowledge of the Grocery and Convenience sectors
- Worked in Insights or Category Development roles, being able to understand the need, analysing data, generating insight and delivering those insights and recommendations
- Assembled and analysed large quantities of data and exposure and experience operating with EPOS sales and/ or supply chain data is preferable (e.g. Neilsen, Circana, SKUTrak, etc)
