Marketing and Communications Manager

Homebased

Full time, 6 months fixed term

Salary: Upto £38K pro rata

 

Avidity is the parent company of a group of agencies who offer a range of specialist sales and marketing services to help brands sell more

 

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team on a minimum 6 months basis. You will be joining a busy team, supporting Business Development with lead generation and conversion KPIs, plus internal comms for the group of companies.

 

Main responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Hit lead gen and engagement KPIs according to volume, sectors, channels, as defined in the strategy. i.e. manage & execute external marketing campaigns
  • Monthly reporting, analytics and insight on external activity, including keeping abreast of channel updates and competitor activity
  • Support Business Development team to convert leads during live processes – e.g. creating visual or video assets, marketing messages, email comms
  • Support with events across the group e.g. team meetings, conferences, Bus Dev events online and in-person
  • Manage centralized business communications and
  • Own the internal comms intranet platform and champions

The person:

  • Strong writing skills and ability to turn conversations or notes into compelling stories
  • Strong design skills and ability to tell stories through visual content – images and video – experienced in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush
  • Strong SEO and PPC knowledge
  • Experience using HubSpot Marketing Professional is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytics skills – social media (LinkedIn in particular), Email marketing e.g. campaign monitor & HubSpot, Google Analytics, HubSpot in general
  • Ability to turn data into insight and action it/optimise quickly for fast results
  • Strong grasp of the English language, including spelling and grammar structure
  • Anticipate, understand, escalate and resolve challenges
  • You will have worked in a similar role before
