Home based with frequent travel when required.

As Operations/Tactical Activation Manager you will play a key role within our Ireland team.  You will be the main point of contact for our clients, managing multiple challenging and fast paced campaigns/projects.  You will have 2 direct reports and your team will have the responsibility of building and maintaining an Activation community who in turn represent your client brands to increase visibility, availability and sales.  Your client contacts will be a mix of external brand contacts and internal stakeholders across the wider Avidity Group.  From taking on new briefs and setting up campaigns to data analysis and reporting - you will be comfortable in a fast paced and varied role with high levels of autonomy.

 

This is the ideal role for you if you come from a tactical or activation agency background and have experience working with and bringing on new client accounts as well as managing campaigns from start to finish.  However, other operational client facing expertise will also be considered.  You will be looking for an opportunity that allows you to innovate and improve processes and you will also have lots of opportunities to be involved in projects.

Please note this role requires a full driving licence, all offers will be subject to successful RTW, Driving and reference checks. This is a home based role which will involve regular travel on a weekly or monthly basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance across Ireland and travelling to the UK on occasion.  Overnights will also be required on occasion.
