National Field Manager

Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum

Working days: Alternating between Monday - Friday and following week Wednesday - Sunday

Location: Bristol 

Contract type: Full time – FTC until the end of June with potential to be extended

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire a network of Regional Managers to achieve greatness.
• Performance Ownership: Take charge of the collective team's performance and exceed agreed-upon objectives.
• Coaching and Development: Unlock the full potential of your Regional Managers through mentorship and development.
• Recruitment Partnership: Collaborate closely with our in-house recruitment team to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Commercial Insights: Offer invaluable field insights and deliver timely, data-driven reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Client to develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans for outstanding results.

Additional Information:

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field-based role involving regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion.
