National Field Manager

 

Location: Location flexible however ideally based Midlands to allow travel across UK. 

 

Salary in region of £45-50k, with car allowance, client bonus scheme, private health care and more

 

As National Field Manager you will manage a Team of Managers who in turn manage a field based team of field sales reps.

 

The team operate across multiple channels - grocery and convenience and you will ideally come from a multi channel background.

 

You will be an experienced 'Manager of Managers', who will play a pivotal role in successfully translating and communicating the brand's strategic requirements.  You will be a senior member of the managment working closely with an Account Manager and/or Controller.

 

You will have experience of influencing and demonstrating a strong personal impact at a senior level with exceptional data, communication and presentation skills.  This is the perfect role for you if you come from a strong management background and have managed a management team to deliver – ideally within a grocery and/or convenience field sales setting.  You should be commercially savvy and adept at managing P&L responsibilities.

  • Salary in the range of £45-50k with annual salary reviews

What are we looking for?:

  • You will ideally have multi-channel experience within the FMCG sector
  • You will come from a field sales and marketing background 
  • An experienced manager, you will also ideally have managed a team of managers within a field based setting.
  • Strong IT skills - Excel, PowerPoint
  • Data driven with strong analytical and reporting skills whilst being able to translate into a compelling story
  • Excellent organsiational skills and a natural multi-tasker
  • Commercially savvy and confident managing P&L responsibilities.

 

Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights will also be required on occasion.
